Addit Tech Teambuilding

As part of Eurohold, Adit’s team turned to EventsBakery to organize their annual team-building experience. Our goal was to create an opportunity for colleagues to step away from their daily routines, reconnect with one another, and enjoy some well-deserved time together.

We found the perfect setting: a charming guest house with a spacious garden and, best of all, no mobile phone coverage. With no notifications or work calls to interrupt, the team could fully disconnect from the outside world and focus on what really matters – spending time together.

We designed a programme filled with engaging team games, competitions, and a Puzzle Quest that challenged participants to think creatively, collaborate, and solve problems as a team. Every activity was carefully selected to encourage communication, bring colleagues closer, and create shared memories beyond the workplace.

Food was another highlight of the experience. We arranged for a private chef to take care of all meals, preparing regional dishes that brought local flavours to the table and added a personal touch to the weekend.

From finding the right location and developing the programme to coordinating transport, activities, and catering, EventsBakery brought all the elements together to create a relaxed yet engaging team-building experience.

No phone signal, no work distractions – just good food, exciting challenges, and quality time together. Sometimes, the best way to reconnect as a team is to disconnect from everything else.
