In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, this document represents an updated personal data protection policy aimed at ensuring the best possible and secure processing of personal data of visitors and users of https://eventsbakery.bg.

It is important to read this document carefully. It contains the Personal Data Protection Policy and is part of the General Terms of Use of https://eventsbakery.bg. Groups of individuals for whom data is processed: Slide.BG Ltd. processes information about the following Data Subjects concerning the provided Services and products:

Category 1: Visitors:

Category 2: Subscribers to E-mail and Web-Push Notifications:

An Email subscriber is any Visitor who subscribes to an automatic email newsletter on the website https://eventsbakery.bg, to receive emails containing various units of information, such as commercial offers, news, and more. The email newsletter is sent directly by the Administrator without using external intermediary services.
Categories of data that may be processed: Names, Email address, Subscriber preferences regarding the subject of their subscription (interest in product categories, news, and other settings), Information about the used browser/device.
Processing purposes: Providing the opportunity and servicing of electronic subscriptions (email newsletters) for which visitors explicitly and independently subscribe – to receive commercial offers and more via email.
Storage period: 1 year or up to 1 month after the termination of the subscription by the subscriber or by the Administrator.
Legal basis for processing: Explicit consent to be included in the list of recipients (subscribe to the email newsletter).
In addition to the option for Email subscription, https://eventsbakery.bg also supports alternative technical possibilities for a Visitor to subscribe to receive information. Such possibilities include Web-Push notifications (notifications through the browser) and notifications through mobile applications. Their operation is as follows: The browser/device displays a dialog window to the Visitor, asking if they want to subscribe to such notifications. If the Visitor confirms their desire, the subscription is created, and a special key (token) is generated in the browser/device, sent to the server, and used by the server to send notifications. At any time, the Visitor has the option to unsubscribe (opt-out of these notifications) through the settings of their browser/device.

Category 3: User-Buyers:

A User-buyer is any Visitor who, through the technical means (order forms) of the page or subpages of https://eventsbakery.bg, performs (or claims to perform) the conclusion of a Purchase-Sale Agreement with Slide.BG Ltd. for the purpose of purchasing Services offered on the page https://eventsbakery.bg (or similar action). By filling out the registration form and unchecking the box for explicit consent to the processing of personal data, Customers declare that they agree to include all their personal data in the database of Slide.BG Ltd. and give their explicit and unambiguous consent for their personal data to be stored and processed for the purposes of these General Terms.
Categories of personal data that may be processed: Names, Position, Address, Telephone number, Email address, and data for a tax invoice when the user wishes to receive one.
Processing purposes: Providing the opportunity to make purchases through the page https://eventsbakery.bg by concluding a distance selling contract with Slide.BG Ltd. and providing the respective Services (Participation in seminars, training, courses, and conferences).
Storage period: Up to 30 days after the provision and completion of the Services ordered by the user-buyer. IMPORTANT! Personal data provided by users of https://eventsbakery.bg are used solely for the purpose of delivering the Services offered by Slide.BG Ltd. (user participation in the event ordered and paid for by them online) and are not stored and processed by us after the mentioned 30-day period above.
Legal basis for processing: Performance of a distance selling contract for Services according to the General Terms on the page https://eventsbakery.bg concluded between the Subject and Slide.BG Ltd.

Retention and Processing of Ordered Products Data: Data regarding products ordered by the user are stored and processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and delivery of the ordered products. They are not stored and processed for a longer period than the duration described above by us.

Personal Data That IS NOT Collected and Processed:

Data of minors: The products and services provided by the website https://eventsbakery.bg (Slides.BG Ltd.) are intended for individuals over 18 years of age. If you are a minor, you cannot use our services without providing express written permission from a parent or guardian. If you use our site without such permission, you withhold important information from us and mislead us. In this case, Slides.BG Ltd. is not responsible for any circumstances or events arising as a result of this deception on your part. As a data administrator, we do not collect personal information from minors that could lead to their identification.
Slides.BG Ltd. does not collect and process personal data, and users do not provide personal data related to the following: Disclosing racial or ethnic origin;

Rights of Data Subjects, Users of https://eventsbakery.bg: The Regulation provides the following rights:

Right to Information: This Policy aims to inform you in detail about the processing of your personal data in connection with the products and services provided.
Right of Access: You have the right to confirm whether your personal data is being processed, access it, and obtain information about its processing and your rights in this regard. Users of https://eventsbakery.bg have the right to access personal data related to them by sending a written request to Slide.BG Ltd. electronically. Slide.BG Ltd. provides access only to data related to the respective individual who sent the access request. The individual for whom the data applies has the right to request from Slide.BG Ltd. the following at any time: Confirmation of whether data related to them is being processed, information about the purposes of this processing, the categories of data, and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data is disclosed;
A message in an understandable form containing personal data of the individual being processed, as well as any available information about their source. The individual whose data is processed has the right to request actions on access to personal data free of charge, up to once every 12 months.

Requests submitted to Slide.BG Ltd. under this policy must contain at least the following:

Name, address, and other identification data of the respective individual;
Description of the request;
Preferred form of providing information;
Signature, date of submission of the application, and correspondence address.

When the request is made by a representative of the person, a notarized power of attorney is also required. Slide.BG Ltd. responds to the individual’s request within 14 working days of its submission. This period may be extended by Slide.BG Ltd. to 30 working days when a longer period is objectively required to collect all requested data and this seriously hinders the activity of Slide.BG Ltd.

Right to Rectification: You have the right to correct your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
Right to Erasure: You have the right to request the deletion of data, except in cases where there is a substantial reason and/or legal obligation for their processing.
Right to Restriction of Data Processing: The Regulation provides the possibility to limit the processing of your personal data if there are grounds for it as provided in it.
Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided, related to you, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to use this data for another administrator at your discretion.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, which is based on your consent, at any time. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the given consent until its withdrawal. For services such as a subscription to commercial messages by email, where subscription is based on your explicit desire (consent), there is an option to unsubscribe at any time (withdrawal of consent).
Right to Object: You have the right to object to data processed on the basis of legitimate interest. In case of such objection, we will review your request, and if it is justified, we will fulfill it. If we believe that there are compelling legal grounds for processing or that it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, we will inform you about it.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data related to you violates applicable data protection legislation.

Changes: Slides.BG LTD reserves the right to add new clauses, change, or remove existing clauses and conditions in this Privacy Policy without the need for prior notice. The current General Terms and Privacy Policy may be changed in connection with the development, addition of new services and products, or legislative changes. When changes are made, they will be brought to your attention and published here.
