Bluewindow Bulgaria Team building

EventsBakery created a memorable team-building experience for the Bulgarian office of Bluewindow, combining interactive games, team challenges, and an evening of celebration in the beautiful setting of the Pirin Mountains.

As part of the planning process, we provided the client with a selection of suitable accommodation options, from which they chose Katarino SPA Hotel. We also organized bus transportation from Sofia to the resort and made the journey part of the experience with two interactive trivia-style games.

The first game focused on Bluewindow’s history, culture, and company values. Using their smartphones, participants tested their knowledge and learned more about the organization in an engaging, interactive format. The second activity challenged them to complete a story by adding words in designated places. The unexpected combinations resulted in a hilarious story that set the tone for a fun and relaxed weekend.

With limited time available at the hotel, we designed a Puzzle Hunt that encouraged collaboration and teamwork. Participants were assigned to teams by drawing lots, then set off to find individual puzzle pieces. At the end of the challenge, all the teams brought their pieces together to assemble one large picture – a fitting symbol of how individual contributions can create something greater when everyone works together.

The day ended with an official dinner followed by a DJ party in the hotel’s traditional Bulgarian-style tavern. Our team transformed the venue into a vibrant nightclub with atmospheric lighting, themed decoration, and a fog machine, creating a completely different setting for the evening celebration.

By combining company-focused activities, collaborative challenges, and a lively evening programme, EventsBakery delivered a well-rounded team-building experience that brought colleagues together both professionally and socially.
