Mission “Bridge” – Strategic Team Building for Building Box

How do you build a successful team? Sometimes the answer is quite literal — step by step, with the right resources, a solid strategy, and plenty of teamwork.

Our team designed and organized a specially developed corporate team building experience for Building Box, one of Bulgaria’s leading real estate agencies. Around 120 participants took part in the challenge, competing for two hours in a dynamic combination of creativity, strategic thinking, communication, and engineering skills.

The Challenge

The main task sounded simple, but proved to be much more challenging: each team had to design and build its own bridge.

At the beginning, every team received a starter pack containing basic construction materials. From that point on, everything depended on their strategy. To make their bridge stronger, more functional, or more impressive, participants had to acquire additional materials and tools.
