EventsBakery played a key role in the technical production and successful delivery of an informational event organized by the European Investment Bank (EIB), dedicated to the ELENA grant facility. Held on 4 July 2023 in Sofia, the event aimed to highlight how the programme supports investments in energy efficiency and renewable energy in buildings, as well as sustainable urban transport initiatives.

The ELENA facility operates across all 27 European Union Member States, supporting the preparation of projects that contribute to the EU’s energy transition and sustainability objectives. The information session provided an important opportunity to share knowledge and encourage cooperation among relevant stakeholders.

The EventsBakery team provided the technical support required to ensure that presentations and discussions ran smoothly. One of our key responsibilities was supplying and setting up professional simultaneous interpretation equipment, enabling effective communication between participants speaking different languages. We also delivered audio, lighting, and visual support, contributing to a professional atmosphere and a seamless event experience.
