Eurolease Group Team building 2022

Once again, the Eurolease Group team trusted EventsBakery to organize their annual team-building event. This time, we took the experience to the big screen, turning the team into a film crew and the company’s most memorable moments into a movie!

Our team developed original film scripts inspired by events that had taken place within the company over the previous year. The challenge? To bring the stories to life in just six hours of filming! Participants stepped into different roles, discovered their acting talents, and worked together to create their very own company movie.

To make the experience even more authentic, we sourced professional props from Nu Boyana Film Studios, giving the teams everything they needed to bring their characters and scenes to life. From the creative concept and scriptwriting to the filming process, EventsBakery coordinated the entire experience, making sure the action kept moving and everyone had a part to play.

But the real magic happened in post-production. Within just a few hours, the footage was edited and transformed into a finished film, ready for its premiere that same evening. The day culminated in a special screening on the big screen, with guests enjoying popcorn as they watched themselves become the stars of their own company production.

By combining creativity, teamwork, and a race against the clock, we created an unforgettable experience that brought colleagues together through laughter, imagination, and a shared cinematic adventure.
