SERP Conf. 2024

For another consecutive year, the EventsBakery team worked side by side with Serpact to deliver the technical production for SERP Conf, one of Bulgaria’s leading business conferences.

This year, the event took place at the National Palace of Culture (NDK) in Sofia. Our challenge was to develop an impressive stage design and coordinate three different teams – those of NDK, Serpact, and EventsBakery – to bring every technical and visual element together into a cohesive, polished production.

Our work began with preparing the technical rider and planning the equipment required for the event. Throughout the setup and live production, we tackled complex technical challenges and coordinated the content displayed across the three large video screens on stage, ensuring everything worked seamlessly and remained synchronized with the conference programme.

Thanks to our team’s experience, clear communication, and precise coordination with all parties involved, EventsBakery successfully delivered the technical production once again, contributing to the smooth running of the conference.
