“Space Explorers” – Adventure Team Building for Neterra

For a company like Neterra, connecting people and businesses across the globe, the theme “Space Explorers” was a perfect fit. As a telecommunications company and the official Starlink distributor in Bulgaria, Neterra operates offices and data centers in different parts of the world. So this time, we sent the team on a mission beyond the familiar.

The mission was clear: the space station had suffered a major malfunction, and the crew had to find the necessary materials and create a special suit to carry out the repairs.

But this was far from an ordinary team building. We incorporated elements of adventure games and treasure hunts, turning the experience into a true exploration challenge. Participants had to follow clues, solve puzzles, discover hidden locations, and make decisions that would bring them closer to their ultimate goal.

Toplocentrala and the surrounding area of South Park in Sofia became the setting for the mission. This unique urban environment was transformed into an exploration zone where the teams took on the role of space explorers and began their adventure.

A key element of the experience was the series of puzzles and challenges we created specifically for Neterra. They were closely connected to the company’s history and business, taking participants on a journey through some of Neterra’s most memorable projects and achievements — from laying optical fiber cables along the bottom of the Danube River to various iconic locations and moments, including the Pantheon and a special video featuring a new message at the planetarium.

This turned the team building into more than just a series of games. It became an interactive journey through Neterra’s history, where participants had to use logic, observation, communication, and teamwork to complete their mission.
