SUSE once again trusted EventsBakery to support their monthly office meeting. This time, we provided both the necessary furniture and the audiovisual equipment to ensure the event ran smoothly.

We supplied our bar tables for rent, a familiar part of our ongoing collaboration, along with 35 folding chairs to accommodate all attendees. When the existing office furniture and seating are not enough, the right equipment and logistics can transform a regular office space into a comfortable setting for meetings and presentations.

For the technical setup, we provided a sound system with wireless microphones and configured the video distribution system to display the same content simultaneously on multiple TVs. We also recorded the speaker’s presentation screen and transmitted audio wirelessly to the camera used to record the event.

Our team handled the equipment delivery, setup, and technical preparation, ensuring everything worked seamlessly throughout the meeting. Projects like this demonstrate that even a meeting held in a familiar office environment can benefit from professional event production when the equipment and setup are tailored to the client’s specific needs.
