Movie Stars

We bring Hollywood into your office and turn your colleagues into movie stars. In our “Movie Stars” teambuilding program we create a custom script together with your HR team and professional actors, based on your company’s past and future. We ask about office humour, character types, hobbies, management’s future plans and more. On the day of the teambuilding we set up locations and sets, hand out props, and our camera and lighting crews create the magic. At that point the professional actors turn into directors. They uncover hidden talents and put everyone at ease, so the atmosphere on set is friendly, different and highly dynamic. While filming continues, our professional editors start cutting the footage. None of the teams knows what the others have been doing — so at the end of the day the surprise is complete: we roll out the red carpet and everyone gathers in the main hall with popcorn or a drink in hand to watch the short film. This program develops improvisation, teamwork, creative thinking, communication, time management and more. Let’s conquer Hollywood together!
