Conference BRC “Mental Health in the Context of Crisis and Vulnerability”

Event Organization and Technical Production for an International BRC Conference

We supported the Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC) with the organization and full technical production of the international conference “Mental Health in the Context of Crisis and Vulnerability”, held at the BRC headquarters in Sofia.

As part of the event preparation, we transformed the conference hall and created a professional environment suitable for an international forum. Our team built a stage with a raised platform, while our designers developed and produced a custom stage backdrop, tailored to the theme and formal character of the conference.

For official photos with guests and participants, we also designed and produced a branded photo wall, complementing the overall visual identity of the event.

Our technical team provided professional stage lighting and sound, ensuring the smooth delivery of presentations, discussions, and speeches throughout the conference. Simultaneous interpretation was also available for international guests, provided by the event organizers.

To complete the event experience, we also coordinated the catering, delivered in partnership with White Bite.

The project is a great example of the EventsBakery approach to conference and corporate event production — combining stage construction, event design, branding, technical production, sound, lighting, and catering to deliver a complete event solution.
