eCommCongress 2018

Once again, EventsBakery was part of eCommCongress, one of Bulgaria’s largest events dedicated to e-commerce. This year, we provided a comprehensive range of services, covering everything from finding a new venue and arranging catering to audiovisual production, stage setup, and on-site staffing.

The conference welcomed more than 250 attendees, while another 150 visitors explored the exhibition area. The space featured custom-built, branded exhibition stands designed to meet the exhibitors’ needs and complement the overall look and feel of the event. The international line-up of speakers from India, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and Romania brought together different perspectives, practical experience, and fresh ideas for the e-commerce community.

Our team handled event planning and coordination, creative concept development, decoration, and stage design. We also provided catering, sound and lighting, visual effects, a DJ, hosts and staff, photography, and videography. Transport and logistics, venue selection, and the production of promotional materials were also part of our scope.

The result was a well-coordinated event where valuable content, business networking, and the exhibition experience came together seamlessly – with every detail taken care of behind the scenes.
