ELG Team building 2023

For another consecutive year, EventsBakery organized ELG’s team-building event, this time inviting participants to step into the spotlight with “Dancing with the Stars” – a programme designed to bring out hidden talents, encourage teamwork, and create unforgettable memories.

Under the guidance of professional dance instructors, employees learned new moves and choreography while enjoying plenty of laughter and fun. With their charisma, professionalism, and patience, the instructors quickly won everyone’s trust, encouraging participants to try something new and step outside their comfort zones. Each employee had the opportunity to discover new skills, embrace a different role, and experience the excitement of performing as part of a team.

To recreate the atmosphere of a real television dance show, we designed a custom stage setup enhanced by spectacular lighting and multimedia visuals. Every element was carefully planned to bring the magic of a prime-time entertainment production to life.

After the dance lessons came the transformation. Each participant received carefully selected costumes and outfits from the props department at Nu Boyana Film Studios, helping everyone fully embrace their new characters and experience the fun of television-style production and cosplay.

Then it was showtime! The five teams took to the stage to present their newly learned routines in front of an audience and an impartial jury. The performances brought together dance, creativity, and plenty of personality, while special surprises awaited the winning team.

After the energetic programme, participants had the opportunity to unwind and enjoy the spa facilities at Kings Valley Medical & SPA.

The evening continued with a formal dinner and a DJ set, culminating in a live performance by Vesi Boneva and Svetlin Kaslev, who added the perfect finishing touch to the celebration.

From the initial concept and dance workshops to stage production, costumes, and evening entertainment, EventsBakery brought every element together to create a truly star-studded team-building experience for ELG.

Five teams, one stage, and plenty of hidden talent – ELG stepped outside its comfort zone and proved that everyone can be a star when the whole team is cheering them on!
