Christmas party ELG 2023

In 2023, we delivered several successful projects for our client ELG, bringing this fruitful partnership to a close with a Christmas party at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia.

The EventsBakery team took care of the event planning and coordination, creating a festive atmosphere with simple, elegant decorations. We coordinated with the DJ and the hotel staff and presented a selection of catering bites to suit the occasion, ensuring guests could enjoy the evening in style.

A key highlight was the lighting design, which transformed Restaurant M into a lively disco-inspired space. With dynamic lighting effects and the right music, we created a party atmosphere that encouraged everyone to relax, hit the dance floor, and celebrate the end of the year together.

Our scope of services included event planning, decoration and stage design, lighting and visual effects, DJ coordination, equipment rental, transport and logistics, venue selection, and the production of event materials and accessories. By bringing all these elements together, we ensured everything ran smoothly behind the scenes while the guests focused on enjoying the celebration.
