Puzzle Hunt – A Mountain Adventure for Paynetics

For the second consecutive year, the team at Paynetics AD trusted EventsBakery to create and organize their annual corporate team building experience.

This time, we took the team on a mountain adventure, with Hotel Yastrebets in Borovets providing the perfect setting — combining the comfort of a mountain resort with the inspiring atmosphere of the surrounding nature.

Turning Company Values into an Adventure

The main objective of this year’s team building was to introduce and bring to life Paynetics’ newly defined company values, selected just one week before the event.

To do this, we chose one of our most engaging team building activities — the “Puzzle Hunt.”

Teams embarked on an interactive adventure, solving a series of riddles and challenges inspired by the world of “The Lord of the Rings.” Each successfully completed challenge revealed another piece of the puzzle, gradually bringing the teams closer to the final discovery.

But the puzzle was more than just a game. Its final design was created to represent Paynetics’ values and the importance of teamwork and unity.

The ultimate reveal was “The Eye” — a powerful visual target that brought the entire experience together and represented the company’s shared vision.

From Values to Creative Stories

The adventure continued with a completely different challenge — creative team building.

The participants were divided into teams and tasked with creating four short promotional videos, each presenting one of the company’s new values in an original, entertaining, and memorable way.

To help bring their ideas to life, well-known screen personalities joined the experience as facilitators, guiding the teams through brainstorming, storytelling, script development, and filming.

The result was a collection of unique and often hilarious team-made commercials, combining creativity, humour, and plenty of personality.

A Team Building Experience with a Purpose

By the end of the day, the new company values were no longer simply words on a presentation slide. They had become part of an interactive story, a shared challenge, and a creative experience that the entire team could relate to.
