ICT Strypes Team building

For ICT Strypes’ team building event, our team provided the complete technical production and event support, as well as consultation on the program and its adaptation to the specific requirements of the venue.

The event took place at Vakarel Gorata, where we created a complete technical setup for both the dynamic daytime activities and the evening entertainment program.

Stage, Video and Lighting

As part of the project, we built a covered stage equipped with a large LED video wall and dynamic stage lighting. The visual and technical setup was integrated directly into the team building activities, turning the stage into an active part of the experience.

Evening Concert Program

After the daytime activities, the space was transformed for the evening program. We provided professional concert sound, suitable for both a DJ set and the live performance by Deep Zone.

The technical production created a seamless transition from the competitive atmosphere of the team building activities to an energetic evening party filled with music, dancing, and entertainment.

Program Consultation and Event Coordination

Our role went beyond simply providing technical equipment. We consulted the client on the event program, adapting the activities to the characteristics of the venue, the technical possibilities, and the overall schedule.

We also coordinated the program with White Bite, who took care of the catering and kept the guests well-fed throughout the day.

The result was a well-balanced corporate team building experience where dynamic activities, professional event production, visual effects, and live entertainment came together to create one cohesive event.

For EventsBakery, this is an essential part of our approach to corporate events — we don’t simply provide equipment; we help our clients build the right program and transform each venue into a fully functional event space.
